How SMS Short Codes Work -
Sharing a short code the keyword is what would differentiate one user/business from another.  For example:

• Client1 keyword was “A”
• Client2 keyword was “B”

Example 1:

• Both Client1 and Client2 send text messages to their customers/users cell phones.
• All customers/users get a text message from the short code 4471
• When customers reply they must type the keyword a space and then their message.
• The customer message is then sent to the appropriate business based on whether they replied “A” or “B”
• “Thank You!” responses are delivered to Client1, and “Welcome!” messages are delivered to Client2.

Example 2:

• Both Client1 and Client2 advertise Keyword & Shot code 4471 on Tv Channel, FM Radio, News Papers, Website or Any Place
• Customers must type the keyword a space and then their message.
• The customer message is then sent to the appropriate business based on whether they replied “A” or “B”
